Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

 

 

 

2. Payment Security

 

 

All transactions on PawProducts.in are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to protect your financial information.

We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

 

 

 

 

3. Payment Confirmation

 

 

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.

In rare cases, if your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the transaction details, and we will assist you.

 

 

 

 

4. Failed or Pending Transactions

 

 

If a payment fails due to technical issues, please retry after a few minutes or use an alternate payment method.

For pending transactions (amount debited but order not confirmed), the payment will usually be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.

 

 

 

 

5. Refunds

 

 

As per our No Return/No Refund Policy, we generally do not process refunds once an order is confirmed.

Refunds will only be considered in cases of order cancellation before dispatch or failed transactions.

 

 

 

 

6. Pricing & Billing

 

 

All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹).

Applicable taxes (if any) will be included in the final amount shown at checkout.
